Time for a major update...Chad and I are expecting another little boy in September and are super excited. I wanted a girl, but God had other plans. We've almost got everything ready for his arrival, with the exception of putting the baby bed up and a few other small chores that need to be done.

Slade and Chandler are glad to be out of school for the summer and have tons of energy. I wish I had a tenth of the energy that they have. They Love playin outside and swimming in their grandparents pool...

This Year we decided to do a Garden with Tomatoes, Purple Hull Peas, Squash, Butter Beans and Corn. We didn't really think they it would succeed since this was our first one, but boy were we wrong. It has actually thrived and we've figured out that we have super rich soil out here and we're tickled pink that the vegetables are actually growing. I've already put up about ten quarts of peas just off one row and the other two rows will be ready to be picked soon. Thank God for fresh Produce!!!

We've been so blessed this year with our garden and the new baby on the way...things seem to come together when it doesn't even seem possible. I've been shopping at thrift stores and consignment shops for this baby and have found tons of great deals...just the other day I found a Graco stroller that I needed for only twenty dollars! I was so excited!!! I think I told everybody about my "new" stroller. LOL I've also had friend give me baby stuff and am so thankful. All I need now is the baby and of course we can't forget diapers. I know everything will work out and come together just when I need it to.

All our kids seem to be getting excited about the baby, I was worried at first because that is a total of five kids, and I knew the older ones was be iffy about it but they seem to be warming to it now...Thank God!
